Here's an odd one. A weird private press affair of zoned out, stare at the sun, New Age oddness. It's so far off the radar that I'm not really sure if the words 'Sun Environment' printed on the inner label refers to the artist or indeed the title of the track. Enjoy.
Tremendous stuff, many thanks for sharing this little slice of cosmic drift. If only there were more than 3 minutes. I don't suppose there'd be any chance of hearing the B-side too?
ReplyDelete..... the bside pretty much flows in the same direction, maybe a little more subdued.
ReplyDeleteMy apologies, I rather hastily commented using an old blog ID. I've listened to this several times now and am thoroughly enjoying it. I find it's becoming increasingly difficult to tell when odd releases such as this were recorded. Great felt tip sleeve art too. I'd love to hear that B-side at some point if you do feel like sharing. Thanks again.
ReplyDelete.... if I get the chance this weekend, I'll upload the bside. Nice blog by the way!
ReplyDeleteI appreciate your efforts, I'm looking forward to hearing it. Many thanks for your kind comment regarding my blog too.
ReplyDeleteExactly what I needed tonight. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoyed it!
ReplyDeleteA cold grey Sunday afternoon, and this track is 3 mins of perfect oddness. Thanks for sharing this.
ReplyDeleteI haven't listened to Sun City Girls that much so I don't really know if it sounds an awful lot like them, but that really looks like Sun City Girls artwork. And it's called SUN Enviroment. C'mon! 'S'gotta be!
ReplyDelete...... I'm not so sure Jeff. I pretty much familiar with the Sun City Girls output and it doesn't sound like them at all.
ReplyDeletei haven't really listened to ll coolj that much...
